I only accept payment via Paypal, it's very easy, quick and safe to use.
Please note you do NOT need a Paypal account to do this. When you check out click the pay by Paypal option & you will be forwarded to a secure page, that gives you the option (on the left hand side) to pay using your debit or credit card.

Everything is shipped from Italy.
I do always ship to your Etsy Address, if you wish me to ship your package to a different address (or to the one on your paypal receipt) please send me a convo or drop me a note in the "Message to the Seller", thank you.
I usually mail your order within 1-2 days of purchase. Orders placed between Fryday-Sunday will be shipped on following Monday.
As I do my best to make the safest package, full of love, bubbles and soft envelopes, please note that I am not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipping.

SHIPPING TIME
Shipping to America and Japan generally takes around 10-20 days to arrive, although it can vary from a few days to a month.
To Europe things are quicker, like 7-15 days, and 15-30 days to New Zealand and Australia.

In general if your purchase isn't arrived within about three weeks after you order, please let me know, I'll always be glad to talk with you to work things out about any problem..But before getting worried we should give the package all the time it needs to arrive.

SHIPPING COSTS AND METHODS
I send everything worldwide by priority mail, I find that it's the cheapest way to ship worldwide from Italy.
This doesn't include tracking or insurance but if you prefer you can convo me before purchasing and ask for certified mail so that I can arrange a different shipping and revise the shipping cost.

Generally I reccommend certified mail for big orders.

Please take note that I cannot be responsible for any duties or customs fees for international orders, they are sole responsibility of the buyer.
